For more than 37 years, board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bernabe Vazquez has helped patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic care. Since opening his Miami practice in 1988, he has cared for nearly 20,000 patients. As a result, he has earned a reputation for honesty, precision, and natural-looking results.
Now Exclusively Focused on Injectable Aesthetics
Today, Dr. Vazquez focuses exclusively on Botox®, dermal fillers, and concierge injectable treatments. After performing thousands of surgical procedures throughout his distinguished career, he chose to dedicate his practice to non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Because of his extensive surgical background, every treatment is guided by a deep understanding of facial anatomy, balance, and proportion.
Most importantly, every consultation and every injectable treatment is performed personally by Dr. Vazquez. Patients receive direct physician care from start to finish, ensuring consistency, precision, and exceptional attention to detail.
Education & Surgical Training
Dr. Vazquez earned his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami. He then graduated first in his medical school class at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara.
Next, he completed a five-year General Surgery residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He later completed a Plastic Surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia and was again selected as Chief Resident.
In addition, Dr. Vazquez completed advanced cosmetic surgery fellowships with internationally renowned surgeons in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Miami before becoming certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Leadership & Professional Recognition
Throughout his career, Dr. Vazquez has remained committed to excellence in patient care and medical education. He has served as President of the Miami Society of Plastic Surgeons, Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at Mercy Hospital, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
These leadership roles reflect his lifelong commitment to safety, ethics, and delivering the highest standard of aesthetic care.
